Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the product

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
